The site now has a mumble server

WHY ARE WE SHOUTING

The site now has a mumble server

Postby Kritz » 13 Oct 2014, 9:05 pm

Hey all,

Coldox and I were talking about giving the community a place to chill out and chat. So I've set up a mumble server on the new subdomain.

You can download mumble here, and the details for the server are as follows:

Label: Kritz.net Mumble
Address: community.kritz.net
Port: 64738

There's a few default channels that y'all can join, and you can use the mumble either as voice chat in CBD or just as a general hangout.

In other news,

IRC servers are much harder to get working, for reasons I don't understand.

Mumble as Talk-to-speech so it's all good :D
Even if we're playing, anything you write down we hear it and we can reply to you ^^
So feel free to join there even if you don't use Voice Chat :)

@carljohnson

There is the Bugs or the Kritz.net section for that kind of question. It has also been answered numerous times, so looking around before reposting would be nice as we wouldn't have to repeat the same thing over and over again.

As for your problem, you are probably trying to use the forum account to login to the game. You need two seperate accounts, one for the game only and one for the forums only. Click here to create an account for the game.

Once you open Mumble, find the server and join it after entering a username. Then go to the "Self" Tab and click register. You will then be registered with the username you chose.
You will not be able to change it once registered!
